KPH Environmental participates with Milwaukee Public School to help students discover opportunities in the industry. The effort is introducing students to lucrative careers in the industry, while helping build the workforce of the future.
In March and April of this year, KPH participated in MPS Job Fairs at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Our crews spoke to MPS students at the UWM Student Union Hall.
“We are aware that helping our community has been rewarding for everyone involved,” said Kert Harenda, Vice President of KPH Environmental. “We’re providing students the opportunity to learn about careers in our field while transitioning students into the work force.”
KPH saw tremendous interest by the attending students, who welcomed the opportunity and experience they received at the job fairs. KPH actively participates in MPS Student Career education activities as part of our ongoing contracts with the school system.
