We are excited to announce that KPH Construction and Environmental has recently secured several key certifications and high-profile contracts, positioning us to take on large and more complex projects in the coming years. These accomplishments highlight our team’s continued dedication to delivering exceptional work for our valued clients.
In September, KPH Environmental Corp. was recertified by the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration’s Division of Facilities Development, allowing us to bid on projects involving asbestos abatement and hazardous material removal up to $4,000,000 per project. This certification validates our ability to handle high-value, complex projects and enhances our capability to provide safe, reliable solutions in environments with hazardous materials. We are also pleased to announce our recertification to bid on projects in the State’s Small Project Program, with budgets of up to $600,000 per total project. This opens up more opportunities for KPH to bring our expertise to smaller-scale, high-impact projects, ensuring that we can continue to serve a wide range of clients with tailored and efficient construction solutions.
One of the most exciting developments is our award of the GSA Region 5 R&A IDIQ contract, a five-year agreement with a maximum value of $25,000,000. This contract covers all GSA properties within Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Indiana, and Ohio. KPH is now part of a select group of contractors who will have exclusive opportunities to work on a wide variety of projects throughout the region, from renovations and tenant buildouts to new construction and additions. This is a significant step for KPH, as we’ve held similar regional IDIQ contracts with the GSA over the past 20 years, resulting in nearly $20 million in completed projects.
KPH has also been awarded the Design/Build Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with the U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort McCoy. This first-of-its-kind contract at Fort McCoy has a maximum value of $20,000,000 over five years. As one of a select group of contractors, KPH will be entrusted with a range of projects, including new ground-up construction, full renovations and remodels, as well as specialized repair work such as electrical, HVAC, and carpentry projects.
These certifications and partnerships reflect our reputation and the trust our clients place on our KPH team to deliver top-tier work in high-pressure environments. We are thrilled to continue our successful partnership with the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration’s Division of Facilities Development and to partner with esteemed organizations like the GSA and the U.S. Army as their go-to contractor for Fort McCoy’s mission-critical needs.
We look forward to delivering excellence on every project and making a lasting impact across the regions we serve.
