"We Build Partnerships" isn't just a slogan at KPH–it's a commitment to both our customers and our associates. This year marks a few big anniversaries for three dedicated KPH Environmental employees. 

Kert Harenda - 18 years with KPH
As Executive Vice President of KPH Environmental, Kert enjoys delving into every aspect of large-scale project management, from planning through execution. His extensive certifications reflect a wide range of environmental training in inspection, analysis, abatement, remediation, and safety through NIOSH, AHERA, EPA, OSHA, and DNR in three states. Kert enjoys working with his team, staying on top of rapidly changing regulations, and finding ways to eliminate potential liabilities for our customers. When he's not working, Kert enjoys snowmobiling with his daughter in the winter and being on his boat all summer long. 

Jazmin Spears - 15 Years with KPH
Jazmin is a familiar face at any KPH Environmental job site. He serves as Environmental Tech Supervisor, overseeing the crews and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols. Jazmin is also cross-trained and certified as an asbestos inspector and guest trainer. He assists our professional service division in pre-demolition asbestos inspections for the City of Milwaukee Department of Neighborhood Services (DNS), the City of Kenosha, and real estate developers. Jaz says he enjoys working at KPH because of the freedom and trust that the company has shown in him. A friendly guy who's always smiling and willing to help, Jaz says he likes meeting new people wherever KPH projects take him.

Eric Dillard - 10 years with KPH
Eric is an Environmental Technician and Trainer. He is crossed trained and certified to conduct asbestos inspections, as well as serve as an Asbestos Supervisor and guest trainer for our City of Milwaukee DNS-approved Training Courses. Additionally, Eric is lead certification for our GSA contracts for fire safety system upgrade. Always learning, Eric is currently gaining experience with pre-demolition inspections for the City of Milwaukee DNS. Eric is quiet but always brings a friendly disposition to work every day.
